Svetlana is a strategist with 7 years of experience in business development at international consulting firms. She specializes in transforming development concepts into effective business models, creating value-added projects through integrated environmental solutions where brand, mobility, and public realm design form a unified system.
She has expertise in end-to-end product development (mixed-use, residential, commercial), preparation of feasibility studies and financial modelling, as well as in shaping scalable, well-managed concepts. Her focus lies in creating coherent urban environments and implementing standards that ensure both design quality and economic performance.
Before joining STEP City, she led Business Development at Bright Rich | CORFAC International and Metropolitan Group, where she developed market-entry strategies and supported key clients across Russia, the CIS, and the GCC. She is a graduate of IEREI (Real Estate Brokerage Executive Director) and Saint Petersburg State University of Economics with a degree in Economics and Service Management.
